The expcected results of the project are:
- Co-definition and elaboration of a training methodology and training session performed to improve digital and creative competences of the Cultural Routes staff
- A toolkit structured in two levels: 1) theoretical and methodological with international best practices of gamification or the cultural and tourism sector along with material for lessons in a MOOC; 2) technological with an open source platform allowing Cultural Routes to create an app with gamification elements to foster the exploration of their territory, in order to transfer, theoretically and technologically, new ways of engagement and interconnect pre-during and post-visit experience to territories and routes;
- According to the toolkit provisions pilot solutions are identified and tests are made through gaming labs leading to the fine-tuning and validation of the toolkit in the form of a user manual to design game and gamification-based experiences in the cultural and tourism sectors.
