A School Project
The project “Architettura come Propaganda. L’esibizione del potere nei regimi totalitari del Novecento” (Architecture as Propaganda: the display of power in totalitarian regimes of the 20th century) is promoted by the Pro Torviscosa association in collaboration with ATRIUM and the ISIS Bassa Friulana schools. It involves students of fourth and fifth grade (approximately 200 students from 9 different courses of study aged 17-19).

Objectives
- First, it allows students from Torviscosa and surroundings areas to learn about ATRIUM's built heritage in other towns and cities. The proximity of Torviscosa to some other ATRIUM towns (Labin, Raša, Tresigallo) will allow students to visit them.
- The second objective is the production of new material on Torviscosa, addressed to young people. ATRIUM will provide the students with its experience and material so that they may draw inspiration for new creations such as touring performances, leaflets and videos. The participation of different types of schools will allow for the creation of various materials.
Activities
- Training days for students on the topics of totalitarianism, fascism on Italy's eastern border and the conscious use of online resources for historical reconstruction (participation of 200 students)
- The reconstruction of Torviscosa with Minecraft
- Visit to Torviscosa (participation of 200 students)
- A visit of Labin and Raša (participation of 40 students)
- Publication of the brochure Torviscosa the city of autarchy (participation of 20 students)
- Performance of the audioguided tour "Costruiamo una città" (participation of 20 students)
- Video production by students (participation of 10 students): The inauguration of the factory; The foundation town; The company town
- Project presentation at the Council of Europe (Strasbourg)
