Contemporary architecture and brutalism
The former Svoboda clothing factory (today Interteks clothing factory) was built in the early 1980s. Its architectural design is realized in the style of "contemporary architecture" with elements of "brutalism". The façade is not disjointed in form; however, on the most representative front façade oriented towards the main street, the decorative concrete elements are dominant. Moreover, the façade painted in two different shades of pink. In terms of construction, the building was built in a skeletal construction system, with a concrete structure. Currently, the building is in a very bad condition as a result of the collapse of production and years of neclection of the building.
