New Uses for Abandoned Heritage

The ATRIUM Cultural Route supports the preservation of the architectural heritage of 20th century totalitarian and autocratic regimes as a testimony of European history for future generations. It thus promotes the process of finding new meanings and new uses also for abandoned buildings of these regimes. A series of projects have been initiated in collaboration with the ATRIUM Association.
