The monumental fountain with lion heads decorates the central square in front of the Administrative Palace. Within the urban development of the city of Dr. Petru Groza, the central square plays a crucial role. Being the heart of the city, it was supposed to be the most spectacular space around which all other buildings of social importance emerge: administrative, communal, cultural, and health research facilities.
